Whether you are gathering with friends and family or hosting VIP guests, Chef Gergö Racz and his team will spare no effort to serve up delicious Hungarian cuisine. Experience the unique blend of Ningbo and Hungarian cultures, as mentioned by Dr. János Róbert Füle, Consul for Culture and Education of the Hungarian Consulate General in Shanghai, although a large part of the vocabulary related to agriculture, religion and country in Hungarian comes from early Chinese words, their pronunciation is very similar to Ningbo dialect. For instance, "ta=他/她" in Chinese is pronounced as "he/she" in Hungarian, which is "TE". The Chinese word "Fu=父" (father) corresponds to "Fiu" in Hungarian. The Chinese character "女" (female) is pronounced as "NŐ" in Hungarian. Also, "Apa" in Chinese, which means father, is pronounced the same in Hungarian, while "Anja" (mother) in Chinese is pronounced as "Anya" in Hungarian.
